Topic: Market section gives error messages

This is post today's patch.

'Markets in Range' and 'Rates' set to Global fail to load.

System Message is 'Error:Item not found.'

'Local' in Market works fine.

I suspected it was related to my Sparks being 8/5 but once I adjusted to 5/5 same errors occurred.
