Topic: A new beginning

Note that this post is purely fictitious and not meant as a discussion about wether or not a wipe should happen. It's a pure "what if" scenario!
Also no guarantee on lore corectness, I tried my best to make it fit in somehow.

Backgroundstory:
The contact to all agent's sparks on NIA has been lost after a huge electrical storm, similiar to those making the sea of NIA impassable, has interfered with the wormhole which is connecting NIA and Earth, which ended with the  disappearence of said wormhole.

After decades the scientists on earth managed to find a new wormhole to use, yet the NIA they found was not the one they left:
The domestic robot population used the absence of spark controlled robots to regain control of their outposts and terminals and destroy all manmade outposts, assets or  contamination of soil on the 'Gamma' classified islands.
While the agents once again gain access to the robot technology on NIA, this time with the advanced systems of corporation shared research, new kernels and different missions and all the improvements the scientists made over the years, they could not manage to access the old sparks, thus leaving all prior pilots with a limited amount of control points [EP] and no NIC.

TL;DR / no lore version:
The game is reset, all previously subbed characters start with a slight ep advantage [200.000 EP], no assets, everyone starts on the new tutorial island.
What are your first steps? Do you start to collect kernels right away, do you try to be the first go go to beta/gamma or do you stay on alpha for a while; what would you do in an entirely new Perpetuum world?

Edit for Jasdemi:
TL;DR-TL;DR: No money, no assets, reset all bases,  200k EP,  what do?

Re: A new beginning

Being one of the few players around who did this ill run it down.

There's no point in beta any more. You don't need it for kernels so it's just epriton and it's far more efficient to use market forces for that in a populated game.

First thing would do is roll three characters per trial account and run as many trial accounts as your people can stand. Run the tutorial with these stockpiling assaults, sequers, arganos and lights in your corp hanger.

You should then have enough to put up 50% of your assets on the market bringing in much needed nic. You would then use this nic to buy kernels from the market hubs. Set buy orders for assaults.

Next is group missions - go on your own until you need to start pairing up but 8 hours should get you to level 4 missions quite easily. This income will be supplementing your market work. Keep the tokens for now until your ready to be running them in mechs in two weeks or so.

While your running these missions your other trial accounts should be sat on liquids mining afk in your sequers.

Sparks would be set at your tier 1 and 2 Islands for whatever race your focusing on.

Once your guys are at tier 4 missions the focus now will be termis tech and then mech tech by race. You should realistically have all four in two days max with twenty people. Focus one one character for protoing for now.

Getting these protod and first to market is essential. Expect the first protos on the market to be selling in the fifty plus million range and this won't last for ever so should be taken advantage of therefore your energy should be in mining for protos not for mechs until such time as the market drops. Termis is the obvious exception.

So we should be 10 days forward - by this point your twenty guys all have a termis character and an assault character at level 4 missions.

Your wallet should be sat at around a billion nic with most of that on the market in kernel, fragment and ore buy orders. Your protoing mechs still but for diminishing returns.

Your construction team are building all ammo, all mining charges and distributing these to the big six for sale. Your constructing gargoyles for corp but mainly getting plants from the market.

At this point you should be gaining market allies and specialising alongside each other so as not to waste resources early on. The riveler is your main focus for tech alongside t4 Indy gear, frames and accu's. Once again the first protos for these on the market will set the price so competitive advantage is crucial. Much more so than having a bunch if mechs you are *** in.

The key is utilising other people through market delegation and focusing on one task at a time corp wide.

Proverbs 23:20-21 warns us, “Do not join those who drink too much wine or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags."

Need a TL;DR of this one as well. Thanks!
