I know with the new patch coming (months away) people are going to be asking for EP resets and such blah blah blah. I think a reasonable "meet in the middlebut not so much" is a feature to pay NIC or cash to have the rollback feature for a month week or whatever, like you had your first month you subscribed.
+1 and paid rollback shounld not be limited by <7 level.

Keep current system as is ... NIC should not be used to alter a character.
although i would support spending EP to remove or un-train skills you dont want anymore but the EP used this way would be gone forever !! (thus you are losing overall EP on your character).
.. simple solution is to just wait like the rest of us.
I think there is no useless skill. Everyone should have only one character... So it should be enough to start invest your EP in the required (correct for you) skills. If you want rollback for the next one character to get some profit... This is not fair i think.

For these prices, sure. Just even them out a bit more.
I support skills rollback for NIC. Prices must be really high so none can ever afford to switch professions or factions. Just minor fixes.
Would be a really good NIC sink too.
with ICE, the NIC prices can be translated into Real money...
Paying RL money is fine too. Says, 10$ to reset 1 selected extension fully, from any level to 0 or to lowest possible.
