While in terminal, it says that Signal masking modification is 76,70% but when deployed on terrain - just 70,50%
Probably linked with "Egos" spark got just installed.
UPD: Seems it's spark bonus doesn't applies outside 
Sparks bonus apply only to base value of yours robots masking (it changes masking value). It doesn't adds up somehow to maskers bonus% in information window.

Looks like on terrain only.
Sparks work based on hidden temporary extensions, so yes this was the same extension bug. Fixed.
