This is, of course, considered an exploit and is forbidden. (Just to be 100% clear on that.)
Then take out 3 NIC from Line's wallet, I was unable to avoid using repair system so accidently got that 3 NIC advantage 
What if I repair it 10 times and then somehow destroy the 10 nic I have gained? What if I do it a couple million times and buy a bot and get it blown up? Would it be an exploit? Or would it be a "bug"?

IF and just IF you're able to reproduce and use it in that way - then yes, that's an exploit. However, bot respawning bug applies randomly to your current bot only and you never know it is until you die - that makes ALL OF US an exploiters of that bug. CIR got used it to be immortal NPC killers. DoY got used it to be immortal miners. BAN EVERYONE!

ANd that is when you experience the bug. When you undock to use a bot you shouldn't have, and when you do it repeatedly, you are not experiencing that bug. You are abusing and exploiting it, be it for 5 minutes, 2 days, until monday, or until caught.
The last thing I would have done with a bot that should have exploded would be to go pew pew with it . There are GMs for something.

While you're such fair kind of person, I hardly doubt STC was able to raise a big white flag with "I'm bugged don't shoot" on it, same as you would stopped engagement after that. But look - here we laready found a suitable solution, so let's just wait of DEVs words on that.
