The market need somthing for grow.
One thing can help is buy order without taxes, or have taxes if completed.
This maybe raise the demand and the indys know what the market needs.
And can have a limitation os 3 orders, after that, the normal taxes.
Order tax isn't that much and even can be reduced with special extension. I don't really think your idea will change something.
I am not really active on the public market, but to me, it seems that it is constantly rising. Prices haven't really hitted the right spot yet, but overally, there is most of the useful stuff there. I think the market is functional as it is, just needs more players and it will strive.
What taxes are you talking about? Only sell orders have VAT and you can reduce it to zero for a modest 15k EP.
Transaction fee is not an issue either since buy orders are usually in 1mil+ range.
