In WoW, item information isn't available until it's looted the first time. Most of the time, this will happen while the patch is still on the PTR so there are very few surprises at release. In the last patch, one boss was not available for testing on the PTR so her drops where 'unknown' but not really a surprise since all items have a 'pattern'.

The same is true here, while the T4+ items are unknown, they shouldn't really be surprising. They will be incrementally better then T4, no surprise. Surprises would be having new modules drop.

surprise is gone now, since mark zima has added ALL of them to the perp planner database
