Topic: Please bring back the observers!

fix should be:

Roaming assault observers on interior Alpha

Roaming Mech observers on outer Alpha

Roaming Superior observer on Beta.

Was a very nice introduction to "things to be scared of" while on Beta but not so over the top that they couldn't be dealt with.
