Topic: account info

I have been trying for almost a week to get an account back on the game. I originally lost the e-mail and that was provided. I was then given an option to have that e-mail changed over to a new e-mail and did everything I Was told to do. Still no word. Every time I inquire to a DEV or GM about it I am told " it is being worked on and you will get a message soon" still nothing. I am -not- asking to drop everything and work on my problem but a hard timeline would be nice, if it is going to take a couple days just drop me a line and say 2 days or 4 days or what ever so I know when I can get it back. it will result in a lot less inquiries from me and a lot less loss of focus from you.

Honestly account recovery like this should take at most a few minutes.
It's disappointing to see that the devs are so quiet when their only form of communication seems to be the odd blog post and a randomly late email reply.

These devs had something something just after beta. They were active, they talked without fear.. because it was their game! And they made money from being brave and being honest when things took a little too long they said sorry.. When things broke, they fixed it and told you what was wrong..

Now they're behind an iron curtain. sad

We sadly had a little internal miscommunication. Your issue was fixed yesterday, as prior to that you requested action from us 1 day earlier. As you contacted a Dev earlier today, I hoped that he would forward you a simple confirmation that your request was granted. Apparently instead he told you that I will respond to your email in the close future.

yes it is all sorted out now, thanks to all the Dev's and GM's for helping me it appears it was a massive case of mis comunication on BOTH sides.......
