Topic: Warping >100km/h

Hi, when my bots or mechs run higher speed than 100km/h they start to warp back again and again. Hapens to Kain, Yagel, Arbalest, Camelon on Highways and although on cross-contry.

Effect is getting worse at higher speed. Camelon with 150km/h is nearly not moving at all but constantly warping back to positon.

Reducing the speed manualty to below 100km/h solve the problems (not good if you try to outrun an enemy tackler).

I play with 2 active accounts on the same PC from different folders.

My buddy has the same problem starting at 130km/h.

But it started with the patch. No problems before the patch.

The higher your MS the slower you need to get to get warped back.
Sounds like the speed hacking mechanic has gone a little extreme.

He's not the only one where it has gone way worse after the patch.

I noticed this on 110 kph and faster. However it seems to happen on slopes more. I never warp on FLAT terrain, only when going down/uphill.

This is getting extremely annoying for us EWAR pilots having to reduce our speed on every single highway...

I'm still not sure if everyone is being effected by this. I'm quite capable of going 120 KPH and I can't even make myself jump backwards but at the same time my lag is only 60ms.

However if this is an anti-speed hack mechanic being effected by higher lag then I can understand why it needs fixing.

Hopefully we can get a dev response on the matter.

This happens to me, only on the highways. If I set the Cameleon to 130kph on the highway, the issue disappears. Anything over that the issue presents itself, and gets increasingly worst, until at 160 about 80% of my progress is lost with each snap-back. I didn't time them, but it 'feels' like the effect occurs for sure less than 2 seconds apart, and could be as quick as every second.

You can blame me if it still doesn't work, I'm applying the power of positive thinking to it, but Code has a 98% immunity to this power; I'll try it anyway.
