Topic: BUG - ammo swaps

as per discussion with GM Quodys regarding "irregularities" with scan

It appears that you can change the active charge on all charge based items without it correctly ceasing the cycle. . while this has limited applications for weapons etc it does mean you can reload and change ammo types very quickly.

recommendation would be that any reload/load command would place a "stop.. wait for stop" command on the weapon. then commence load. (and start if so required)
