Topic: Account Reset problem (requires DEV attention)

I am trying to do the account reset, but due to not having enough EP points I cannot delete both my characters. I'm afraid that the offer will expire soon and I will not build up enough EP in time to delete the characters and reset my account.

My gripe is- if the EP cost of the character deletion is refunded anyway, then could you either turn it off temporarily or just simply reset my account manually?

If nothing else then at least get back to me to let me know if there is anything possible to be done about my situation.

It will take two days to get enough EP to delete one character. You have 45 days to be able to do an account reset from time you added your first game time to it.

You have enough time to do an account reset.

18th Nov 18:30 (your agent creation time)
+12 days = 30th Nov 18:30
+27 days = 27th Dec 23:23
-45 days = 5 days 17h left for your Reset, counting from the time you made your post.

First of all I think its pointless to wait 2 days to remove an character.

2 days is not a very long time however we paid for those time right? Why not just let us reset and with out having to get those 2800 EP. 

Why make things so complicated.

Culdent agree with you more. Im also reseting my acc and i also have 2 chars.
Just annoying having to wait that long just for a reset when u actually payed for
playing this game.

Just allow negative EP when deleting agents.
