Streaming Perp is a good thing.
Yet perma streaming as a Corp Member, would give away to much intel, I am afraid. I personally would love to do it really.
Even live streaming a pvp battle, which I usually commit to do, is edgy in terms of intel. As you are able to monitor the opponent fleet movement and if audio included, fleet commands.
And if you have subscribed to the channel, you even get a notification, when "enemy" streaming is starting.

Twitch unfortunately stopped the private stream function, as apparently to much "porn" was streamed and Twitch wants to earn money, so they rely on public streams.

A streaming option with a delay is also not there.
Workaround for that is the option to stream locally and re-stream that file with a stream client stream player and live stream the replay, so to speak. 
Or upload that stream to youtube, there you have the option to set the vid to private, invite only.

I have 19,934 views on my mostly Perpetuum Streams. That might not be an awfully lot. But at least some get aware of this game by it.

The perptuum client already has twitch integration. But the UI is not there atm.

If you search for perpetuum on twitch you sadly only get two hits.
That is SkyMarshalBrandon and myself MoBIoS.

Oh yes, Hangar Operators can fit from Corp Hangar also, this would be great.
Also, view Mech fittings from Corp Hangar, without having to pull them into personal Hangar.

++1 When fitting 100+ fleet mechs it is extremely tedious and time consuming to put the description to the mech. It should inherit the description of the preset.

What a waste of photoshop, lol

I say we need to nerf Perpetuum.
I urgently need a patch which will change this came to a turn based game in table top manner.
When ever we want to deploy ewar, we will need to use a 2 D6 to roll out chances of success.
The same principle will be used on all offensive and defensive actions.
Each square can only be used by a single Mech, to minimize the chance of blobbing.

Please nerf nauw!

Spark Teleporting is taking the risk of living on Beta or Gamma.
I am ambivalent, when it comes to the spark teleport ablity.
On one side, it greatly reduces travelling time, when crossing different islands especially when it comes to alpha dwelling, on the other side, it makes Beta and Gamma islands empty, as everyone is living on the save alpha islands, as they can just spark in whenever the need to, as often as they want.

For pvp I find the lack having to risk a life on Beta or Gamma as a main Home base and the lack of effort, when organizing a squad to move from one to another location and the present ability to hot drop into any place on Nia, without a cool down, breaks the territorial warfare totally.

When I think back, to the days, when we did not have those abilities, corps were defending and living on their islands, and when trying to move a squad from one side of NIA to another island to raid, we needed to tactical evade intel eyes. - Nowadays everyone just sparks in, from the safety of alpha. The negative side effect is that the islands are mostly empty and roams become meaningless.

Like I said, I am quite ambivalent when it comes to the spark teleport and of course there would still be interzone tp´s.

I think it would be a good Idea, if spark teleporting would have a cool down to it. I would suggestest a cool down of something like 8 hours and raise the cost of Spark Points to limit the places one could have.

My opinion is, as more spark points everyone has, as more scattered everyone will be across NIA and real territory warfare is broken, in comparison, when every corp needs to be staged at a certain home base to defend and live there also.

I suggest following changes:

  • A cool down of at least 8 hours should be introduced to sparking.

  • 2 spark Points should really be enough, considering the size of NIA.

It´s a mature game. Good and Evil make up the spice and diversity. Which ever role you want to play, it´s up to you.  Seriouz internetz gamez produces a generation of people who are incapable of handling conflict situations.

Nevertheless, I definitely think, this forum and game is in need of some serious moderation.
The forums are just prone to constant propaganda an troll posts, whichever sections you are trying to discuss and the chat channels are just vulgar flaming and trolling on a ticker basis.

I am not trying to piss anyone off, but it´s not hard to notice, this is usually derived from one side of the community. Like I said, good and evil is good for the game. Yet I think it´s certainly taking overhand and the present situation is in need to be moderated.

So I part with the words, see you @#!x$% InGame!
