Waiting for EP's to accumulate to learn those high level extensions has a terrible tempation to spend them on something else. IE 1 month to get into a Riveler.
I suggest something like an EP bank for storing EP for a specific extension so the tempation isn't there to spend them....

Logged in today and the error is still happening....
Increasing rocket speed will increase DPS. This will cause recalculation of whole game ballance: nuimquol and telodica will hit faster || stronger or pelistians will have low rocket speed without your extension, or even both. Anyway, increasing of rocket speed will affect ballance. IMO: not good idea, because this can be hard to reballance all factions.
Rocket speed IS NOT going to increase DPS, Cycle time of your Launches will DERRRRR!!!!

i have full access of the relevant boxes & also have Storage operator & HR Manager Role
is there another Role that is needed for me to Access the Storage log of a Box in another station???

*Economical shield usage is not affecting Reactor usage of Shield modules for slots 2,3,4,5
*Thermal Resistance displays #NAME! under Defense, when a Hardeners is Activated.
*Indi Tunings are not effected by Industrial robot control (ie CPU Miner/Harvester reduction) Extension
*GeoScanner are not effected by Industrial robot control (ie CPU Miner/Harvester reduction) Extension

More mass means any additional modules mass will be diluted.
Meaning that fully loaded, the mk2 will go faster.

There are two things that are screwy with armor Hardeners
1. The Active resists are not being added to the Passive + Native Bot resists when the module is active, As in game
2. When a Standard Chemical Hardener is added the the Third Leg Slot the Resists when active all screw up.
Syn-tech Armor Repper has wrong CPU usage, should be 1, Currently stated as 35
Bugs i have found:
Standard Medium Missile Launcher is wanting to select Small Ammo
IGNORE - Medium Slugs are throwing out a #VALUE! in Damage(Average) when selected. - Fixed by re-downloading
Medium Auxillary Accumulators are adding wrong value to Accu
Black Flag. When I get time again I will have to get with you on the fitting tool I was working on. But since you have the Excel one it may not be needed any longer.
But, we could still do what we had planned on you getting all the formulas down and getting them in my tool.

Found a bug when an ammo is selected on the 3rd Torso slot of a Turret Weapon, the "Damage (Average)" #VALUES! is displayed.
Bot i have used it a Kain.
P.S. Also hve noticed that some of the Extension from the Planner import are not getting in

Then on further investigation it looks like the planner is not putting the extensions gained when characters are first started in the "currentExtensions" list as these are defined in the "starterChoices"
after reading OP, the first thing that comes to mind that could be exploited is that a Vet character being transferred to new account that has not had it 20k EP spent.....

Just to let you know, there may be something wrong with the Medium Miner Accu usage on a Termis, Put 4 on it with 4 Acc rechargers says its cap stable, but in games its not...

waste factor = (material rate / 100) - (refining ext level * 0,03) - (RoundDown(Relation/10))
needed input = base rate * (1 + waste factor)Example for refining titan in titanium:
Material rate(aka station rate) = 30, Refining Ext = 3, Relation = 0
waste = 0,3 - 0,09 - 0 = 0,21Base rate for titatium is 30 titan
input = 30 * 1,21 = 36
