Unfortunately if they reset it all and gave lifetime boosts to the existing player base they would then have 0 income unless it gave them a new surge of players which is a gamble at best.

The boat for this action from a buisness model point of view has sailed once it went live on steam.

seriously guys were gone just move on but its really funny reading you post on the forums.

For me the game ended when you guys spent more time and effort into flaming on forums than actually playing the game.

Make the game what you want as seriously I doubt if any person who has left cares.

Change is good in the right direction.

People QQing on forums about nothing but crap does not push change in that right direction.

Especially since the Devs are taking the words written in tears on these forums so seriously.

Stop QQing its a sandbox deal with it !

In the pasts months you quote people knew about it, this is true.
However majority CHOSE to not exploit it .
You CHOSE to exploit it to gain an unfair advantage in the game.

If there had been no punishment you would not be crying just accept the punishment for your wrong doing and move on you cannot justify it however you try to spin it.
