Your formula is off:

base 15 sec / (1+0.05 * 5) = 12.00 sec
RR:
base 20 sec / (1+0.05*4) = 16.67 sec

you didnt lose any EP, and you got two days more subscription time (which is the real-life money part)

two days compesation for maximum 6 hours playtime lost, and 4 hours maintainence down - why do you complain?

if you delete an agent, all the SPENT EP will be gone.
the 2880 EP will be charged additionally to that, (after the next patch)
