hmm, is the description so unclear?
Each level of this extension further raises the EW strength of ECMs and sensor suppressors by an additional 3%.

I dont know if that is still a problem for some, but the game connection is similar to a Torrent stream, as far as i know.
I heard some ISPs blocking or throttle torrents.

field to enter current EP (save it with the agent profile, together with entry time and date)
display not only how much EP the next extension-lvl needs, but also the time and date when it will be availiable

minimizing the client in terminal also removes the VSync and puts your framerate to 300+, which will cause your GFX card to run at maximum usage. Its a good way to heat your room

actually, the "gap" fills in naturally after certain time
all extensions are capped at lvl10, and it doesnt take to long to get them to lvl8, depending on the complexity.
the advantage of older player is mostly that they can use a higher variety of builds.

the islands are simply too small for optimal range of 200-300m how big would the locking range be, aggro range of npcs? you wouldn't be able to move without having a train on you

How do I know which factory is tied to corporations? By the corp missions the terminal assigns?
its not tied to corporations, its tied to the conglomerate. (the average standing of all corporations that belong to that one). and each of the three conglomerates owns two islands....
Every 10% relation, you get a bonus, for refining its like having 1 more point in refining skill.
every fraction of standing already counts. that you just see it for every 10% in the refinery is due to the rounding on Titanium. Look at comodities that need more ore per piece (eg. Alligor).
Relation bonus is overall pretty small, and not the same for every facility.

the material ratio displayed in the top right corner of your factory window is NOT the % that is applied to your production.
ATM it shows you just how much of the possible ME you got. (if you have trained 50% of your extensions, it will show you 50%)
This is still under developement.

i actualy asking why you think that the server sends your client the "distance", and not just the location + velocity vector?
anything else can be caclulated by the client. and less data is not possible, or you wont be able to SEE anyone in a battle on your screen.

as ceo or financial officer, or production manager,
you can use the corp wallet for almost everything but repairing.
you can even insure on corp wallet instead your own.
can you give more detailes please, as this sounds intresting....
