Since the last couple of patches this does not work anymore. It may be fixed in the incoming patch, but we'll see what happens with that.

It's a LoS issue and will get fixed today.

Server will be down on 2016-07-01 from 11:00 servertime/CEST (9:00 UTC) for a quick hotfix, mainly for research and building LoS issues. Downtime will be about 30 minutes long.

Yes you can build bases and terraform on gamma islands. It's called the Modular Private Colony system and you can find some info about it in the game guide, but admittedly that is very much lagging behind the changes that we have made to it since its introduction. An extensive and up to date guide is on my todo.

New player can make the same EP in a first day

That's quite a stretch. A new player needs to put in about 50 hours of net gameplay to get 300k EP.

Yes, each account is unique and handles game and dlc ownership individually.

What's the last spark that you see in the list?

You were looking in the right place though. It's called Solaris ST1 "Yuge" and it should be at the bottom of the list.

That's probably a gamma base which is not publicly visible.

You can't buy Perpetuum for the same Steam account multiple times, just like you can't do it with any other game.

The only way is to buy the standalone version here in our store (and optionally link it to your Steam account).

The mission reward extensions should not affect the EP gains.

No extension affects EP rewards.

the dice is rolls equally for everyone who have at least one module active?

It was designed to work like this, so there shouldn't be any difference in the long run.

One last question, i have 2 accounts now linked on steam, trying to get the two kits on a specific account.  When i launch the game, the correct account is the default one to login.  So when i buy the kit on steam it should go to that account?

Steam is still saying I can only gift the kit.  Kind of confusing

Like with all games, Steam allows you to buy every game and DLC only once.

So the one you buy on Steam will go to the "Steam user" account, or if you are one of the old players who got the game for free on Steam, then it goes to the oldest email-based account.

If you want the DLC on any other account of yours, you have to purchase that in our own website store, and you can only do that if the account is not linked to Steam. (I can help with delinking it if needed.)

EP is an account-wide pool, and you can spend it on any of your characters on that account. But yes if you want you can spend all of that EP on the same character.

The kits are for accounts, and you decide for which character you redeem the included items. There is no limitation there other than they can only be applied once for each account.

Rhusty: you mean when you close the game your video driver crashes? Or does this happen randomly when playing?

PS. Why is gamma EP only 1x?  Shouldn't it be at least 2x like beta?

Gamma is considered safer than beta.
