I am alone here who thinking that killing observer must be challenge for group of players that have top gear and lot of experience. I remeber days when it was so. And how i think for last years we start think in wrong direction. Thats why game lost any part of team work except pvp. Rly why i need corporation if i easy can do all by my self?

I don't really understand why you would want to. What's the benefit?

sum one took the cool name he wanted! DUh!
I am already have name that i whant. And this was importent for me in past. I mean this was one of the reason for me play in this game. So i think that some other incoming players can think in same way. And what we have here? In one hand we have lot of trials that has chance in past and not realize it in other hand we have new players that also whant get some cool names. Dont understand why we need worry about persons which didnt pay even for one month. I think that most of them lost account data and if they will decide to return they will recreate account.

Concerning EP reset and downgrades:
What do you guys think about a 30% loss of EP when doing a reset or a downgrade? (Ie. You get 30% less EP back.)
Very very simple solution how i think will be block reset opportunity after each game update related with extensions system for some time.
For example, you create new extensions that can be "learned" in 2 weeks for max level. So it will be ok if reset and downgrade mechanic will be disabled after path for this time.
I don't think that veterans that have close to 1 kk ep on there accounts will be worry if some new players decide change "bad learned kain" for "bad learned artemis". All agree with this?
Or another solution will be blocked this feature after some ep amount number. It can be 800 k ep, or 1 kk ep or something like this.

Go to job, and it will be ok for you.
Your lack of understanding of basic concepts like Marketing, and what F2P means really shines with this post. F2P means Free to Play. For the veterans yes it will be Free to play.
Let's ask some very basic questions: Have you, Trinch, went to the Steam Client? Have you browsed titles in the $30 range? If you had you would notice games like DAYZ $29.99, The Walking Dead $24.99, Total war Rome II $24.99.... RUST $19.99....
So your potential client is going to pay $30.00 for something they have
A. Not heard of
B. Indie Development Team
C. Been out for 3 years already. So your more than the basic Indie games, but not as much as the $59.99 flagship games. Ugh... eghrm.. I would say your crazy.
And if I understand this right no trial period either? If it were me? I wouldn't even blink at this game because I would say its over priced with no hype and tbh, this is one game I like a lot. So all in all I still say the best shot at this game is $19.99.
Now look on my point. I know that my marketing skill ***. But in other side i what think about my self like about honest person. First of all i am playing in DZ SA, and yes 30$ for me not a lot for me. In spite of this i was need time before i paid for early assess in alpha game coz i wasn't sure that this game for me and i will enjoy but it. So what is 30$ mean? It mean that most ppl with think a lot before buy pp as i do before buy dz. This is good barrier which will help not be deceived by single marketing video. It also mean that most of veterans who now will be able create 5-15 alt miners will pay good price for this too.
You know that person that was deceived once never will come back. That's why i think that 30$ is good. And i also hope that devs will write with big font on game page on Steam that this game are awesome but not rly finished and perfect. And this will be honest imho.

Please add something like 15 mins on terrain every 5th day. That can still be abused, but no so easy as a single login-out requirement.
And this also will be abused, we all know that it will. So this is not correct way to fix that.

Mobios I understand the problem you mention and Zortarg also, but maybe you see too much problem about that.
If you get enough people playing couldn't be too much problem, because balancing of the players itself.
But EP reset /year or something I think, or HUGE amount of €€€!
Problem is that we saw how it work in past. It was abuse game mechanic, that's why it was disabled. Let think that tomorrow dev announce destroyer that will require 1.5 k ep in new skills and it will be too op. So reset will allow to old accounts start drive it as soon as they can get it in research db. Is it TACTICAL abuse? Or mb pay to win? We what this?
