There is a way. You need to join a corp and use the corp hangar. The direct trade feature is coming soon.

Yes your clan would be welcome to join. Although the game is not working as intended yet, your knowledge of the game would shorten the learning time for your clan.
Send a mail to support with the list of your crew when they have registered!
