My suggestion is to move medium modules (NPC sell orders) out of Alpha Islands (ie Medium HCL Lasers and Missile Launchers). We can see that some modules like med EM guns and LCL lasers are placed in Beta Terminals and it works well.

We know that people avoid Beta Islands if they can get fittings for their "new toys", such as Artemis etc., on Alpha plus it force people to fight in uneven price fight with NPCs.

Changing those orders to Beta only (npc ones) would give players option to choose between expensive but risk-free modules seeded by other players and cheaper stuff but with possible risk of getting blown up.
