Lol you know that's not possible and he knows it.

Since there is the "Balance:" in the "Switch Agent" area... why should it be impossible to get the "Extension points spend:" there too, and to link the charakter with the most EP spend to the forum?

This "idea" is of course not really helping with any second, third and so on accounts, but why not?

But what is really funny about this and suggestions about some other "problems", that have their root in the whole multi-boxing area, no one seems to be to keen to admit that, or even try to change something about it...

Why not link the prices to the amount of whatever you want to sell to the npc?
The more you sell within a certain timeframe  (day, week, month...), the less you get in the end.
Sure, there are still players with x accounts, but even they will reach their limit at some point.

A new player will still be able to get NIC out of it, but a "vet" player with a whole fleet at his disposal will not be able to "make unlimited NIC out of thin air" day after day.

Keep PvE and PvP separated, give players in both sections enough fun and rewarding activities to deal with, and of course add more fresh content from time to time to the game.

Some tweaking here or there might be needed, but you won't need any big nerfs.

End of line.

Bring back the ICE (age), instead of gametime it gives you Perpetuum Credits, and more fluff stuff to buy with PC, and scratch the STEAM wallet thingy.

One thing that could help here, a list with what you can get right now on Alpha 1 and 2, and what you can produce with it - without anything bought from the market or get from the other islands.

Just take the current "new" tutorial for a new trial, not much to add, you can only move on to the "real world" if you buy Perpetuum, otherwise you can test anything as long as you want in there.

No time or other restrictions needed, you can test everything and get a feeling for the game, and then decide if you want to buy it.

Scary, isn't it? That players are actually looking around in the game, and not just focused on the radar, the landmark and other windows filled with vital informations only... lol

I could see a solution for all those problems... delete all teleporters on Beta and Gamma (when it's released again...).

Instead upgrade the highways on Beta and set up harbours, from where you can either jump a ferry or charter an armored ship, you can use as transport and sort of "basecamp" to start an attack on Beta or Gamma islands.

What's the point of having all that water around "us" and not being able to make use of it?

Imagine on top of that, assault/light hovercraft robots, that could cross water too... now that should make things more interesting.

Thinking about flying drop-ships as well, but i guess that would be too much for the servers...

Not another bandaid please... rather upgrade the roads and the teleporter network.

Changing the NPCs from red to orange was the first step into the right direction. The next step should be giving the NPCs a real purpose.
Add some factorys and outposts to Alpha 1 and 2, and let the NPCs "work" around those points, gather resources and transport goods between them. Change the industrial and transport assignments to revolve around these factorys and outposts.
And add some more, or at least different, combat assignment to the islands too.

And somehting about infinite resources:
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gathering
"Once used, the node is temporarily exhausted for that character, but remains available to other characters."
and resources are still traded over the ingame market in GW2.

In the end, the market will regulate itself - supply and demand.

If you only have 2 accounts, you can link one to Steam and let it run over it, and use the other one the normal way. That might prevent any troubles along the road in the future.

Well, the price for the 18k credits package is 59.99 EUR, or 82.93 USD, at the moment here.

But i think the point is, it would be nice to have some possibility to convert the Perpetuum Credits into something that could be traded between "agents".
Buy a big package, split it up into smaller pieces, and hand it down to your other accounts.

And as mentioned before, bringing back ICE, but perhabs in 5 and 10 EUR/USD packages might also be something to think about.

No, keep them all orange on the Alpha islands.

Just add to the base EP, that every new player gets, somehting like 2x monthly EP (86400) and 1x monthly PC (2400) to get one booster right from the start.
Same for everyone, that bought the game this year before the Steam launch, add to the 1x monthly PC, they allready got from the conversion of gametime beyond the 2. april, 1x monthly EP (43200).

New player will be able to get right into and get a taste of the EP booster without being forced to hand over more money. And player, that allready have supported the game, will get something out of it too.

... or they can just turn the red ones on Alpha 2 orange, and call it a day. big_smile

Arent the alpha 2 reds allready used as
"NPCs that actively roam around and seek player are bad for the game because the most attractive part of the game is the fact that you can just "play" it mostly AFK with your mining bot."
kind of thing atm?

And if they dont upgrade the assignment system right now, before the Steam launch, this will come around to bite them in the ... for sure.
Imagine more then a handfull players with the same assignment running... even if they form a squad, at some point you will have to take a number before you can fullfill your assignment with the current system.

In other words, we need more "life" on Nia, and we also need a better street system and according to that, placed NPC locations for assignment and some simple "farmspots" added too.

Not every new player will join right into a corp, get some shiny stuff and jump into the PvP. There might be some, that want to figure the game out for themself first, even try to earn enough NIC on their own for their first Mech... i think you get the picture.

With a few changes on the alpha 1 and 2 islands, some might even enjoy PvE here. lol

... and have a look at

great guide and simply a must have. smile
