Allow us to "Ok" error windows by pressing "Enter" instead forcing us to click on "Ok" button. It's annoying and when I'm trying to type my password in a hurry and I make a typo it's making me go crazy

If you are good at cleaning the toilet and you did it like a dozen times, it doesn't mean you need to get a better paycheck since someone less trust worthy can do the job for the same amount of money plus that person wants to do it to get more complex tasks in the future. Looks rational to me.
It's not like you get a raise for 20 years of toilet cleaning.

With higher relations you'll get access to missions with better payout, so in the end you'll get:
better relation -> better payout
if you mean:
better relation -> better payout , but for the same mission I'd say nope it doesn't make sense.

I'll try to explain the idea to you a bit more because you don't get it and writing just one sentence replies won't help you.
First of all, if the developers were to apply such update to the game, it would not give us any other benefits then have more targets in the future and help the game grow besides few power block mentality(it is here, look at the map layout). We are already settled on Hokk and Kent and have been there for a long time, we don't plan to move. I remember reading a post where you wrote that times go on and the players change, don't you really think that it would be beneficial to that vision?
Other thing you mentioned was that I am reality-disconnected. I doubt it. I am just thinking for the future of the game. The fixes people suggest do not get added overnight so when someone suggest something big, you might see it in the next big expansion. I suggest these kinds of things as early as possible so when gamers and developers approve, they can add it to their TODO list as soon as possible.
I hope it answered some of your concerns. If you still want to talk about us trying to manipulate the devs with this idea, then please don't even reply, I will consider it trolling automatically. However, if you want to give some constructive criticism then please go ahead.
Think less about future of a game and start playing it srsly you whine a lot and suggest stupid *** which in some cases gets through ...
Players make the sandbox not the "changes" you are trying to force...

With current game mechanics I would say:
other players place bounty on you by transfering NIC to Project's Perpetuum Bounty Department (call it as you like) with list of conditions, i.e. like: island where someone must be killed, bot type or specific bot model.
Bounty would be taxed and it would stay on untill someone gets the kill.

Plasma should be something you scavange from dead robots - same for fragments.
they should not drop automatically and collectible by the combat mechs alone -> the combat guy should get a bounty.
BUT
not for semi-afk-farmable npcs spawns as we have them now.
FFS it's not about NPC bounty system so GTFO and stop highjacking the thread. Make your own.
Player bounties would add some spices to PvP. It would be a mechanic which wouldn't change anything major but would be fun.
