Gargaj said that it's a bug and it'll be fixed probably this week

Can't you imagine how many beacons I've lost because I dropped one which needed 3 ppl to activate?

Srsly eighter use normal math or RENAME freaking extensions so they would tell the truth!!!!!

Accelerated target locking:
"Each level of this extension reduces the target locking time by an additional 5%."

Well for regular player it means: #locking time# = #base locking time#*(1-*#level#*#bonus#)

With my current extensions it's : 12,5*(1-10*0,05) = 12,5*0,5 = 6,25 sec

Ok, but maybe I'm dumb and I don't understand english language.
"Additional" == extra, additive (http://www.synonym.com/synonyms/additional/)
but hey you can't trust ze internetz, so lets try geometric series. Why geometric?
Maybe because it's like base (a0) is 12,5 sec and each time you level up the extension this base is multiplied by 0,95 (1 - 0,05), so:
a0 = 12,5
q = 0,05
n-th part of geometric series will be a_n = a0 * q^n in our case it'll be:
#locking time# = #base locking time#*(1 - #extension bonus#)^#level#
when n = 10 (which is maxed level of accelerated target locking)
n10 = 12,5*(0,05^10) = 7,48421174 sec

Cool, but it still isn't 8,33 sec which I currently see in my mesmer's specs!!!!

WHAT THE ***!?

Seriously make those descriptions understandable for *** like me, because I clearly must be mentally disabled since I can't count and read properly, even with a help of various dictionaries.

I would like to suggest a little change when it comes to deployment of various things such as beacons, containers and other crap you drop (and later on scream like a mofo that it's wrong item or it's in a wrong place).

Add option to drop the thing (you want to deploy) and then use it (like distress beacons) if you want to deploy/activate it.
"Dan, are you *** high!? That's nothing new!"
Well new thing would be an option to take this thing back to your cargo if you feel like it, but only, before you deploy/activate it.

Allow us to research what we want, but you really want to keep is at least a little bit complicated you could use something like that:

+ find new technology  - this would work like current research which would randomly research stuff and it would unlock tech you can research later on
+ analyse known tech  - this would show you the list of known technologies which you could research using selected kernels (and it would show you how much % you would get)

That would also prevent losing kernels when you don't have enough to get tech up

I don't care what kind of mechanic will use the game, subscription payment keeps stupid kids away. At least some tongue

NOOOOOOOO! I don't want to see f.up teens flooding gen. chat with "O M G  U EBIL NOOB PK!", "Can I haz some free NICz PLZZZZ?" or "BR/SWE/PL?" (only Tibia players will understand that tongue).

+1 more modules!

Also stats like masking/detection, you can see them before you deploy stuff. It applies to everything in the game (mobile tps too)

It's all about play, not work. If some ppl have no RL that might be ok for them, kinda thats their problems and stuff. Most players, however, have not that much free time. ATM this game is already close to not worth spending time on it, and if it will be more and more complicated, then ppl will simply leave it to that little group of 24/7 players, that's it.

As I said ATG long time ago. If you don't have enough players to do *** properly, maybe you shouldn't be there.

And don't tell me that bs "Who we gonna recruit when the population is low?". Well invest some of your time in helping newbies which the join the game, show them fun aspects of perp etc. OR STAY ON GOD DAMN ALPHA!

"Instanced..." *** no!
Instances are for personal storyline - look at Guild Wars 2. Use your head, say "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" to this ***!

Your gamma tp connection map looks interesting, inserting one island to create a space between gateways islands may be nice. I wouldn't bring back Alpha-1 triangle.

PvE:
Instances? No way! Switching roaming spawns to some sort of NPC fleets/caravanas with 20+ npcs with elite (ie. vanguard) or even observer leaders would be interesting (chance of t2+, t3- and with extrame luck t4+ mods drop) also increase number of spawns which roam at the same time.

Boost (greatly) rewards from gamma artifact sites. Scientific level 3 and no CT, not even *** one, thats harsh hmm

Rewards (difficulty) could also increase with range how far (how many jumps) the island is from nearest Alpha/Beta. So ninjas wouldn't get same benefits by just teleporting next to beta and enjoy same rewards with lesser risk.

Interzone teleports range reduced.

It's all, atm, I'll be back cool

needed more troll tho tongue

I do still think that making the coast un terraformable would help the situation. i hade this comment back in feb... you should HAVE to use mobile TPs to get around gamma's

But how are we to gather energy from the oceans of nia!

If you want to stick to the lore, we should be able to walk into/under the water too which sometimes happens tongue

Interesting conference, I can't wait to see your updates pack smile

2. When the EVE players came, there was 1 particular individual who used the game mechanics in a specific way. Ohh Yeah baited people with flagged Arkhes on Alpha, then when they flagged up on the Arkhe he'd jump out in a real bot and kill them. Ohh Yeah was banned as a result of this.

A little bit of topic, but still a good post. I didn't know that Ohh Yeah got banned, that's *** ***...

To whiners:
Market will decide on it's own (ffs it's *** sandbox) which terminal/outpost will be a tradehub, we don't need new features which will give us that one. GO BACK TO WOW PLEASE...

I think we already hinted at places that after gamma is out ... we'll be working on PvE content.

Land, land and more land. At least double the current alpha/beta land for starters. In a recent post of mine, Zoom, you said that the DEV Team didn't feel the game needed more land at this time. I disagree strongly.

More Alpha means a balance can be struck between PvE and Industry on different islands for "carebears" (the subject of this topic and important given the new dynamic ore fields).

More Beta (in particular outposts) the more realistic new corporations ambitions to get a foothold there - especially if accompanied by a new stability mechanic which makes it harder to take an outpost the more you already own.

Cool, but 1st get like 1k ppl online and active

Sparks bonus apply only to base value of yours robots masking (it changes masking value). It doesn't adds up somehow to maskers bonus% in information window.

Mark, good job at killing fun aspects of this game one by one smile
