The problem root:

5 months old patch : nerfing ALL thelodica bots speed to equal to pelistal. (when was a big whine about intakt speed).

Get back thelodica speed between pelistal and nuimqol, and bring Kains speed in line with any other robot category. Just Kain have much more speed than its needed to be.

BUMP!

Come guys to Hungarian channel, all hungarian peeps are welcome.

god job

==Robots and modules==

* '''Change:''' Halved the weight of Demobilizers, ECMs, Sensor suppressors, Signal detectors and Signal maskers. - Finally!!!
* '''Change:''' Increased the locking range of Tyrannos. - it was time to do this
* '''Change:''' Increased the speed of non-EW light robots (Castel, Yagel, Prometheus and their Mk2 variants). - now they can be part of mixed roaming group smile
* '''Change:''' Decreased the base mass of Intakt and Cameleon (of their Mk2 variants as well). - Cameleon WHY ??? Cam was fastest ew bot ... now even more faster ...
* '''Change:''' Increased the number of maximum locked targets of all Mk2 robots by 2. - love it

==Intrusion==

* '''Change:''' Base intrusion registration fee has been increased to 10 million NIC. - why just 10m? ... but with fail points its ok ...
* '''New:''' Introduced intrusion fail points: if you register for an intrusion event and fail to take over '''at least one''' SAP, you will get an intrusion fail point. These points function as a multiplier for intrusion registration fees (2x 4x 8x multiplier, and is capped at 8x). Fail points can be revoked by intrusion protection points. (Note: if you already own a SAP and register for the intrusion, you have to defend it (complete it again) or take any other of the SAPs - not doing anything will give you a fail point, regardless of the fact that the SAP will still remain yours.) - \o/\o/\o/\o/\o/ - finally this was needed badly!!! (everyone know what i'M talking about tongue)

==GUI==

Good things!! Thx

Summa summarum : We got many good things, and hope there will be low numbers on bugs and exploits tongue

P.S. : Kain still needs speed nerf!!! smile speed ratio isn't good at mechs (its ok for any other robot group : ew, light, assault, heavy mechs)

Okay make it Easyer for the people then.. only the Owners can use the factory etc, makes it worth alot anyways smile and then the people that wanna sleep and give the stations away.. go back to alpha to produce :>

This will work if owner CAN SET rights to other corp to use factory etc in his OP. You just didn't think about many other corps who are in alliance too, who help defend the OP and island too, but don't own OP.

Just get back their old prices ... (one third or one quarter of their current price)
Manufacturing them is a bit OP imho.

Alex u'r talking of scanning on betas?
'cause even if i don't have maxed out extensions for scanning (just lvl6 and 7) i rarely use only 6 probes to get a spot on alphas, and out of 10-12 (yes i got bored pretty soon) spots i found..the best i got was some lvl5 decoder and some puny amount of imentium
but i've never been lucky @ games so meh eheh

I'm scanning both beta and alfa. And many times alfa islands drops better stuffs. I found many Nian (t3-) items on alfa islands ... just keep up with scanning, someday you will hit jackpot smile

Ohhh and don't forget to come to beta sometimes tongue

BUMP BUMP!
We got zero info about this problem!

BTW as many of us wrote : EVERY module eats more APs than its written in their info!

Will bump this thread untill we get some info from DEVs ...

so : BUMP!

After 10 days, I'm asking devs that what they found about this bug?
In last week i tested many module AP consumption, and it seems, that many many (all?) modules useing 10-20% (sometimes even 30-40%) more APs than its written in their info.
Here is global problem with AP consumption, so please devs investigate this asap, and try to fix it. Its not good that if u using 4-5 modules same time, than they using double of AP in all than they needed to be used.

Happy bugfix smile

Exploiters cry me a river ... you're lucky that DEVs doesn't used banhammer in first time ...

Medium repairers use more AP-s too than its written in info.

Still no answer or reply from a DEV?
Come on guys!

Hi!

I don't know why anyone didn't saw this before but here is something really odd in small-medium armor repairers AP consumption.
I was made a bit testing with t1-t4 reppers. Nothing was online just and only just repper.
I was observed, when then bots accumulator is between 50% and 80% (typically), the reppers using 10-20% more APs in one cycle (with t4 small repper 80-90 AP, and not 70 AP).
Before anyone write me back that AP recharge isn't same at different accumulator status, i know that and this doesn't matter here. Just watch your accumulator counter just before rep cycle ending, and watch new value after cycle. Some values at assault robot:
AP just before cycle - AP just after rep (cycle ends and starts new) - (consumption for rep):
370 - 285 - (85)
355 - 263 - (95)
347 - 271 - (76)
312 - 231 - (81)
297 - 210 - (87)
283 - 199 - (84) and so on.

I would like, that this "bug" would be inspected and corrected asap.

Overall pelistal received a buff. Other races get range bonuses to high end weapons, and this range change brings missiles back in line with them. The improved explosion radius, even longer T4 range, and improved racial ewar range make pelistals much better than they were pre patch.

I saw troiar got speed nerf, dunno why ...

Defense forces have alreay been successful at defending against us with the proper setups, but we also dont have quite enough EP to utilize ewar mechs properly that can dispatch of ewar lights fairly easy.  We just haven't had the EP development yet to start complaining about balance.  Maybe 2 more months and if ewar squads are rolling heavy mech w/ heavy remote repairers we can talk balance.

This! Totally agree! We are just at start in this game, and light EWs aren't that OP, than many of you guys think. For better performance and minimal losses you'll need to fit better eq than standard (and often better than t2). And of course you need well balanced party for success, with a PVP experience too.

For now just assault robots needs balance. They are too slow to catch even a mech. Imo they need a bit speed buff (5-8 km/h) and they will be used again not just in PVE.

You do realize that trojar is an E-war? and not an missile assault bot? I sense a great amount of *** in you.

Troiar is an unique Ewar bot. Its hurt to any intakts by minimum 2 way :
dps : Try 2 t4 rocket laucher on it ... its really hurts
ewar : try 2 t2-t4 neuts or even energy drainers ... its really hurts

But at all yes troiar isn't a solo pwnmobile...

This game is about group! thats why its called MMO and not single player... think in bigger size mate, not just me and noone else ...
