My problem is solved after run perpetuum-exereplacer.exe from Perpetuum folder.

I did not wipe any files.

Now, the file perpetuum-exereplacer.exe  does not exist in Perpetuum folder.

Client applied patch, then CLOSED on it's own, with a windows message that it was applying compatibility settings to the file because it did not run properly.  Tried restarting clients and it got to "client updated" then closed on it's own.  Same results for other two clients.

Program seem to close by it's self then crash when reopening? now it's the "finishing update" as described.
Crash was so lighting quick, I couldn't even guess what the problem was! ;p
Program still loads instantly and lag free... just can't get passed the update bit.

Windows 7 with net-frame & avast ( all updated 4 days ago ) Ati system.
Can't think of anything else that might be odd or useful ;p

I run Norton, but its been on the past year...no issues, I've think we've had it since we started playing.
