Topic: Corporate Initials

OK, im creating a new corp and I named it in a way that isn't exactly right...

If I, as the only member, leave, will that free up the initials?

Re: Corporate Initials

I believe that even dissolved corporations remain and I have asked before for a way to delete corporations.

The developers can release any locked name however so posting it here should get the name released once you've left the corporation.

I too would like to know what happens when all members leave a corporation.

Re: Corporate Initials

OK, ty, i think I will ask a gm next time I see one for clarification.

It's no big deal, really.

I entered "Freemens Union" and realized the plural adjective looked a bit funny, and thought "Freemen United" would look better.

EDIT: Of course the IMPORTANT thing is that I got the logo sorted...

Re: Corporate Initials

Personally I think 'Freemans Union' or 'Freemens Union' still sounds better than 'Freemen Union'.  The 's' is used to show possession.  If John has a union it's John's Union not John Union.  Whether or not you want to include the apostrophe is your choice, but I'd keep the 's'.
