Topic: Crafting Levels in outposts

Do the crafting levels in outposts (1-3 for refinery, factory, etc.) change over time?  If not has anyone put together a list/spreadsheet for the different outposts?

They don't change. But I see you've been around to most of the outposts by now. smile

Since you are asi, I can tell you that its 2 recycle/repair at Matsu, 2 RE/refining at Hakkabor and 2 factory/Proto at Dari.
