Topic: 2 suns but 1 shadow?

So i was walking around & noticed that there are 2 suns in the sky. This surprised me.

Now heres my question. if you have 2 distinct points of light, shouldn't there be 2 different shadows cast from 1 object?

Re: 2 suns but 1 shadow?

If there are 2 separate sources of light coming in from different angles. Shouldn't there be no shadow at all, so long as those two light sources are coming in from significantly different angles and are of sufficient strength?

Re: 2 suns but 1 shadow?

You could argue one of them isn't bright enough to cast a shadow, that it's just a blip in the sky.

Re: 2 suns but 1 shadow?

There was always 2 sun? If I remember correctly we had 1 sun, because I remember the role said NIA has 2 sun and we point that out.

Re: 2 suns but 1 shadow?

I wouldn't classify this as a bug (moved). We intentionally have only one main light source because the difference with 2 would not be worth the performance hit.
