Topic: Walkthrough for all tutorial assignments.

I've collected all steps from the general, combat and industrial tutorial assignments. This should be enough to allow anyone to finish these assignments and get all NIC, equipment and robots you need to make a good start in Perpetuum.

Stermonit: 650
Immentium: 650
Siligium: 650
Liquizit: 300
Epitron: 300
Colixum:100
Noralgis: 150
All natural growing plants: 200 ( not sure if these were buffed)
