Topic: any word about the daily server crashes?

Server seems to be in a bad shape recently

yesterday full crash with restart,
tonight 75% of population drop in a few seconds... two or three times.

any word whats up?

As far as I know recently there was one server crash 2 days ago, and one 2 weeks ago. Granted that's two more than desired, but I would hardly call that "daily".

A "75% of population drop" is not a server crash but likely a routing error, which is unfortunately beyond us.

Some ppl were experiencing problems similar to the server crash the other day before last nights problems - locked windows unable to target or un-lock targets I said in corp chat it looked like another server crash was imminent - and lo and behold 1 minute later everyone was thrown off - how can the same symptoms not be from the same cause ???

Last night at about 23:00ish server time (will get exact time if necessary) eight of us in locations as far apart as US West coast, Aussie West coast and a few European and US locations in between were simultaneously booted.

We were all able to log back in immediately. Such a wide range of locations indicates to me that if this was a "routing error" it must be pretty damn close to the destination server or actually on it.

its always fun to see that in general chat. fuuu

the other thing related to crashes i wanted to mention: its still almost impossible to log right back into the game if you got disconnected from terrain. (as long as your robot is still there)

... and again last night - a bit earlier than the 00:07 of the previous day but very similar time.

Again just now.

around same time 3 day in a row... can't be a coincidence now.

Could it be related to the day light saving? Since this only started happening after it. And the game is 1 hour ahead of the time  here than on the forum
