Topic: Shutdown message

Very anoying thing - when there is a server shutdown countdown,

the red messege in the titlebar is a 2-liner where only one line is displayed, and sometimes the second line with the actual countdown is blinking in.

the intervall is totally random, with the time displayed only for a few seconds max...

The German translation is a bit too long, but it should be fixed now.

shorter then the hungarian one done by : DEV ....

don't blame the translation... the only one that is up-to-date...
