extension: Industrial robot control

Just thought that i came up with, while talking about using heavy-mechs for combat support:

the extension "Industrial robot control" gives you a 1% reduction of CPU usage of mining and harvesting Modules.

its not much, but could that bonus be changed to affect ALL industrial modules?

im thinking about RemoteRepairer and the industrial tunings.
