Income to Corporation and 1 time transfers to Corporation

I was informed by a Corp member that he had no way to transfer funds to the Corp account, I asked him if he tried to hit the check box in the sell window "Income to Corp" and he told me there was no option.

Not entirely sure this is a bug or intended so I ask for both a fix and/or a change

All members of the Corp should be able to transfer Funds to the Corp Account, and all members should be able to see and use the check box in the market sell window "Income to Corp"

I can see how having the right access would be important when "taking from" the corp account, but everyone should be able to drop NIC into the corp account regardless of access level.
