I brought up all of these changes to the devs, though seismics was apparently already changed by time I mentioned it, it's great to see that these devs listen.

So much for me being a troll, as many EM gun and missile users would like to tell everyone. Making suggestions of balance for the good of the game does not make me a troll. If these were bad suggestions they would not have been implemented.

You wouldn't belive, but it should be like that already before patch, my excel tables calculated with 3% and higher seismic damage already.
