you can now do any mission on any TM island and then buy those missiles with the TM-Tokens at the syndicate shop at any TM outpost/Terminal.

TM-Tokens can be traded on open market.

I dunno how much they cost on beta, but the one balancing the mission rewards must have done some typos if they cost the same on beta as they do on alpha (60 token for ~300 bullets, where even beta missions mostly yield ~10 token per run)

You get more ammo on beta outposts then you do from terminals.
