Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I like the little bonus ore's!

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

The only thing I don't see mentioned here is the mining/harvesting charges.

Anyone in game verify the base %'s for these please?

80%

They are considered ammo it seems.

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

Thanks, updating OP.

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

Since high grade recycling was removed, I'm assuming that means any EP put in to it was refunded?

Take the long way around back to square one
Today we're just outlaws out on the run

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

Yes, I didn't quote the whole blog, but EP and NIC were explictly mentioned as being refunded.

Nice! tongue

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I am not sure the refunded EP worked. I expected to log in with over 100k EP having logged out with 95k but this was not the case. sad

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

HG recycling lvl 5 is about 3300 EP for indy characters; 24 hours of EP is 1440. So if your EP is more than 96440 then you got EP returned, if you had level 5 and your EP was 99740 then you got it all back correctly.

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I had level 8.. I expected more.. wink

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

yes, you should have gotten at least 17,000 back then.

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I got EP back correctly which immediately went on recycling 9 for the nice new rare ore drops.

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I found the mechanic of seeing different rare ores to add a little fun to mining. I'm sure that it will be old-hat after a while, but for now, I'm anxiously awaiting my first rare epi ore! smile

Yes, it seems much more effcient to have all the recycling in one extension, and this will also increase the commodities from modules (no espitium of course).

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

Haven't had a chance to check this patch out yet but it sounds great.

Still don't think the ore should appear on Alpha though tongue

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

its great -

now industry will collapse:
- a rather small epriton income while mass mining other stuff,
- rather big espitium income from artifact scanning

and better overall CTs which means less need for that stuff in t2 equip.

*Disclaimer: This post can contain strong sarcasm or cynical remarks. keep that in mind!
Whining - It's amazing how fast your trivial concerns will disappear

Re: Indy Patch Changes 8-9

I didn't look at the Espitium return on T3- items from caches, is it significantly more than previous T1 modules with HGR?

Well, t4 CTs are worse now, and t3 CTs are unaffected (as prototype bonus removed). Not sure I would call that 'better overall CTs'
