JOB OPENING:  HR Director
Privileges: Corporation Management Role, Attractive discounts
Salary: Based on performance - negotiable
Reporting:  Report directly to CEO

Scope of Responsibilities:
The HR Director will be ultimately accountable for all CYBERDINE agent welfare, recruitment, on-boarding and assessment.  This will include -

• Development, publication and Management of HR policies and procedures

• Formation and development of supporting team/personnel

• Interviewing and Recruitment/Rejection of CYBERDINE agents

• Implementation and Management of on-boarding programs

• Point of contact for agent v corp or corp v agent disputes, infringement of rules, dismissals

• Development and implementation of Recruitment processes

• Management of CYBERDINE personnel records through forums

• Management of active/non-active agent activity

• Approval of all public relations concerning CYBERDINE recruitment through Perpetuum in-game chat and forums

• Regular reporting of member status to CEO

• Attendance at monthly CYBERDINE board meetings

• Review and revision of corporation objectives as defined in the CYBERDINE strategy

• Work closely with CYBERDINE divisions to align recruitment direction and requirements

• Agent/membership forum moderation

This role is a senior executive position in the Corporation.  Candidates will be expected to have the following skills/experience/commitment -

• Must use Team Speak

• Must be active

• Must be mature (25+)

• Must be articulate

• Requires good written and verbal communication skills

• Must have a positive attitude and commitment to taking the role seriously

• Must be prepared to make some tough decisions

• Would be expected to maintain discretion at all times

• Must have drive, enthusiasm and be creative/innovative

• Must enjoy talking with people

• Must have a RP mentality aligned to CYBERDINE corporation structure and authority

• Past gaming experience in a similar role would be useful but not essential
