Is there a better way to travel ,like fly mod or anything else?

And anything to pass trought unclimbable terrain ?

Nope and no. WASD and walking are the only controls to get from A to B without getting stuck.

switch your map to passable terrain[radar too] and make sure you have the unpassable markers on. other then that  not much else.

It seems like most of my time in missions, at least early on, is simply trying to get to them. I'm guessing the game designers had this in mind...but it does get a bit tedious.
