Odd, I have never had this issue in the past and have bought quite a few subscriptions. Nothings changed with my paypal account. Something has changed -- and I think i have eliminated all the things I have control over.
Well the thing is that we don't have control over PayPal either unfortunately, so if the issue persists you have to contact their support.
