Topic: For the record: A suggestion

For the record, to anyone who runs a clan, if you have a player who is A) Moving homes and has spotty internet and B) In class most of the day, who tells you both of these things and gets on to waste EP in skills that fill the role that clan has asked you to fill because that is the best they can manage at that time, talk to the player before you spontaneously kick them out for "Lack of activity."

Not only does it show a lack of ability to see that there is a world outside of your own little box, but it also burns bridges and makes your clan look like jerks. If said player were to absolutely never get on, then sure kick them. If they did really stupid things, sure kick them. If they were refusing to waste training time filling the roll that they were asked to fill, fine kick them. But not finding out why said player has not been playing for twenty hours a day like everyone does not display leadership qualities.
