Can players with negative EP accounts?  Have their EP completely reset?  Maybe file a ticket and it be handled manually?

Just roll back all ep spending until the point they were added. Then it becomes a minor inconvenience rather than a supreme annoyance.

write a script that checks for anyone with negative EP,
then load up those agents extension history log and work backwards until they are at zero or positive.

exclude all agents that have a similar email adress then agent ville. fuuu

Those affected by the negative EP issue should be ok now. We have reverted the EP spending from the time of the doubled redeems and gave back the EP for them.
