Topic: Signal masker drawing more AP than its spec

According specification of standard signal masker, it consumes 2 AP and has cycle time of 10 second. Does that mean masker will draw 2 AP per cycle i.e. every 10 sec? In practice AP drawn by masker is much more than 2 AP per cycle. Can anybody please clarify this?

The text even acknowledges that the stats are hard to read correctly. There is a need to add an asterisk or something to inform that addional factors need to be considered.
