I am having trouble with Pompadour III.  I completed all objectives except the destroying of 2nd star blinder within the red circle.

No 2nd star spawns within the circle boundaries or even near it to kite in.  I did verify that killing the 2nd star blinder elsewhere on the island didnt work.

Dont have the screen, but did the same mission and its even worse now.
your objective "d" ... invetory scanning tool, umm what and where?

Now there is a "D" and "E" objective for that tool that are not located on Tellesis, I only found it on Shinjalar actually (open World Map, select "Assignment points") ... .and the "D" objective is not a place object, but a go to this location, the "E" objective is not a submit objective, but activate the interface. and specifically its the Anistec Information Console located at the "E" on Shin.

The "information scanning tool" is never needed or even supplied.
