Even if this a bug, this is a good one. After patch everybody can decide - If he want PvP - he will up his flag and perform a PvP.
I like this anti-gang system. At least noobs will be able to run assignments on beta and mine epi. Such changes will hold new wave of newbies in the game after release on steam.
Its OP that there is zero spool up, but i really like lack of a delay between jumps.
3 min spoolup is also to long for the new run-speed, and has always been to long for "emergency beacons"
DEVs should consider this when "fixing" what they broke.
Emergency teleport could have small cooldown as it's niche and the new teleport would have small spool up time as it's thing. For effective use everybody would need to carry one.
