I understand the first one, although it's not "broken" it's just severely delayed, unfortunately.

I don't understand the logic of your second statement though, since when is a test server a requirement for playing?

I feel you, and agree completely. 

The test server is a service you provide us with, so that we can provide you the service of testing.  It is at your pleasure.

We have a test server.  I log into every day, has about 65ish people in general chat and all the new features are riddled with bugs.

When the tears run out in one character just create an alt and pretend to be an enemy insider whistleblower.
