Topic: Where's the (ICS) action?

Can someone please point me to the place where people usually gather? I've seen a few people running around at ICS Alpha, but seems like it's pretty useless to stay there. I was wondering where ICS players tend to go afterwards?

Players tend to join a corp and not stay in the NPC corp.

After that you usually go wherever your corp is, your starting faction doesn't make any difference.
