ok today i traveled over land via teleports from telesis to daoden to the alpha terminal I ran back and forth harvesting triand. every time I docked in and wanted to dock out of Ascentic Alpha it gave me the message with up to a 2 min timer.

important to note - the delay kicks in after docking (prevents from sparking) or after sparking (prevents from undocking) or both.

And the timer LIES!

Ok some testing of my locations
Asicentec Alpha, TM-Beta, Hakkobar = huge wait sparking and undocking from both docking and sparking,
Asicentec Beta, Tellesis, Nauwy, Abuthilia = No wait at all can dock undock and spark at will.

Places where its been intermittent, Brightstone, Fort Douglas, Heydelhorn, ICS Beta, Uria.

Testing was conducted on live server, over the course of a few hours scanning saps and running missions.
Daoden seemed to be about the worst at least for undocking or sparking after docking up to 2 min wait timer and relogging didn't fix it.

I ran from Karapyth to TMB on autopilot, docked at TMB, 2 min undock timer.

Pretty sad tbh.

There are stations where you can log in fresh and it still does this bullshit, no sparking/docking required ;/

So when I jump into a station to offload a sym, I need to wait 2-3 mins to get out? This happens on daoden.
