They worked with a experienced guy in the field and found the problem, understood it and corrected it. They now know what to look for in future and know that server load should never peak above 10% with the current population of the game. They also upgraded server hardware just days after this issue to further reduce issue and make the server run as smooth as possible. They also optimized prices of code that weren't the main cause of this problem which is always good to hear.

The issue seems to be resolved, the relay server went from 100% load to around 5%.
