			<description><![CDATA[<p>as per discussion with GM Quodys regarding &quot;irregularities&quot; with scan</p><p>It appears that you can change the active charge on all charge based items without it correctly ceasing the cycle. . while this has limited applications for weapons etc it does mean you can reload and change ammo types very quickly. </p><p>recommendation would be that any reload/load command would place a &quot;stop.. wait for stop&quot; command on the weapon. then commence load. (and start if so required)</p>]]></description>
